Trust is a process, not a feeling
- Make checking cheap. Tests, types and a linter on every change. Developers trust what they can validate.
- Keep a human on decisions. Use AI for drafts and options. Sign-off stays with a person.
- Write down what ‘verified’ means. Ran it, tested it, read every line? If nobody defines it, nobody does it.
