The problem

Switching Claude accounts meant explaining the task again and losing the decisions made so far.

What I built

1. A self-hosted MCP connector with four tools: save_handoff, get_handoff, search_history and recent.
2. A Claude Code plugin with hooks and a /twin panel.
3. A handoff that carries a task and its context from one account to the other.
